i'm getting a new DA. this one was getting really old, anyway. and i feel the need to just get rid of this one.
i'm still not sure how that hapened. i didn't copy. and i know it's hard to believe. i've been raking my brain over and over about this, too.

i know this hapened for a reason. although it's hard to understand what that reason is. maybe god did it so i could mature as an artist. grow away from this childish "anime" cartooning (nothing wrong with it). i'm really wanting to turn everything over. do some art that's more of a challenge. bigger things. like... paint murals or something like that.
maybe this is a trial of some sort. maybe god did it so i could grow. as a person. as an artist. or at least that's what i'm gonna use it as.
so far. only one person believes me. and i love him so much for that.
i'm not gonna fight. i'm not gonna make some bitchy remark. because that stuff never helps situations. i'm just going to be the bigger person and say i'm sorry it hapened. and i'm sorry you think i would copy.
Hello~ I like your art here, and it IS very nice, but please be careful from doing something like that again. I can't stand up for Ashril since the pictures in question have been removed, but i'll just be the nice one and hope it won't happen again. ^_^ Sorry if some of the others were being a tad mean. I just feel sorry for your friend. *shakes head*

when you're using someone elses design as inspiration for your own work at LEAST go to the effort of creating something that isn't identical.
I don't think you'd like it if someone was taking credit for YOUR concepts. in fact, you'd probably be both insulted and pissed off.

~agreeing with suza and carissa~ Don't rip, it's not cool... you need to take those down. I can understand if you're "inspired" by ashie's work, but never "inspired" enough to trace it and claim it as your own.
